Honey Treatment for Weight Loss
You can opt any one of the following treatments and may use this diet till you get your weight as per your wish and aspiration.
 
Treatment No. 1: Daily in the morning at least half hour before breakfast on an empty stomach, and at night before sleeping, take sips of honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water. If taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obsessed person. Also, drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.
Treatment No. 2: Take one glass of luke warm water, put  one table spoon of honey and one lemon's juice in it, stir it well and take early in the morning at least half hour before the breakfast.

Eat one or two fully ripe tomatoes in the morning, you will reduce weight naturally.
